We take your privacy very seriously.
Email and telephone number
Information you give us through the Contact form starts being saved in the website database as you move through the enquiry. This can include your email address, telephone number, name, message, preferred way to be contacted and information about the type of property you are looking for, such as your budget, preferred areas and other property preferences.
We use this information so that Med In Heaven can respond to your enquiry and communicate with you directly about your property search. The enquiry notification lets us know that you have contacted us so we can respond directly. Your enquiry details normally remain in the website database unless you ask us to remove them. They are not routinely downloaded into a separate local contact database.
You can contact us at any time to ask whether your email address or other contact details are stored. We will respect any reasonable request to delete the information we hold about you.
The Contact form also lets you tell us whether you would like news updates or details of new properties. Med In Heaven does not currently operate a mailing list. If we introduce one in future, messages sent through it will include a way to unsubscribe.
Backups
There is no separate backup specifically for email addresses or other contact details. We do keep a general backup of the website and, because contact records form part of the website database, they can naturally be included in that general backup.
