French Senate Backs Faster Eviction of Short-Term Rental Squatters

The French Sentate has passed a new law that enables a quick eviction of squatters in short-term rentals, such as AirBnb. Once adopted by the National Assembly and takes effect, owners will no longer have to go through the traditional long eviction process that can take years.
