Place Garibaldi Huge 80m, 76m²   498,000€

This 5th floor apartment by far has the largest terrace we have ever come across in Nice. Its prime location is on the border of the old town and overlooks the soon to be pedestrianised Place Garibaldi, Museum of modern Art, and has a panorama of the mountains behind. The terrace is decorated with trees, plants,a shed, lounge chairs, tables and is also covered by a retractable awning. Inside, the newly renovated kitchen and dining room are seperated by a dividing wall, which if removed would really open up the space. The living room and two bedrooms are of a good size and all have large windows which provide access to the wrap-around balcony. The entrance layout of the apartment is a little awkward, with a long corridor containing cupboards and a desk space. The building's communal areas and lift are in perfect condition and just down the steps is Monoprix, France's answer to Marks and Spencer.
