43m² 1 bedroom
This 43 m² one bedroom apartment is right next to Place Saint Francois and has a wonderful balcony with open views across the Old Town and the new park. It is on the second floor, with lift, of a well maintained building with good communal areas. Renovated, it has air-con as well as a designer gas fire in the living area. Having said that, the apartment itself is not great. The bedroom is too small and the kitchen is too large. The colours and styling are a bit dubious. The apartment is an wedge shape which makes doing anything about it a bit awkward. If a balcony with a nice view is a non-negotiable then this is an interesting option, otherwise it may not be the best choice.

Nice's Old Town, or Vieux Nice, is the historic heart of Nice dating back to the 16th century. The colourful narrow winding streets are full of galleries, markets, and boutiques selling everything from clothes to local produce. As evening falls the cafes, bars and restaurants are abuzz with people enjoying themselves or simply watching the world walk by. It is little wonder that this area is the hottest rental spot.
