This funky flat is located on a quiet road, Rue Saint-Hospice, between Place Saint Francois and Place Garibaldi. Both building and communal areas are in very good condition. Though you enter through Rue Saint-Hospice and only have to go up one flight of stairs, the apartment looks out onto the other side Rue Pairoliere and is on the second floor! This pretty bustling street of boutiques during the day has a few restaurants but no bars so is quiet at night. The decor can be regarded as fantastic or frightful, but definitely makes an impact. Yes that is a big round mirror on the ceiling above the big round bed. The owners are selling because it rents TOO well, and found themselves exhausted after the summer and deciding that doing holiday lets is not for them. Well worth a visit if you enjoy the photos.
Nice's Old Town, or Vieux Nice, is the historic heart of Nice dating back to the 16th century. The colourful narrow winding streets are full of galleries, markets, and boutiques selling everything from clothes to local produce. As evening falls the cafes, bars and restaurants are abuzz with people enjoying themselves or simply watching the world walk by. It is little wonder that this area is the hottest rental spot.
