This large 81m² two bedroom apartment for sale is right in the middle of Avenue de Fleurs, in a new building built in 1990 and has a concierge. It is a couple of minutes walk from the new tram stop on the end of Boulevard Victor Hugo, and five minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The inside is currently... unattractive. Hospital white walls, cheap looking tiles. However it is a great blank canvas. It has a large living room, two good size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, bathroom, separate kitchen, a laundry room, but the piece de resistance is the 55m² terrace outside with doors leading onto to it both from living room and kitchen.
It certainly needs work to give it that warmth it lacks, but €30-40k could turn it into something quite superb. All the rooms are well proportioned. The terrace has space for a garden, lounge and dining area. We are unlikely to see a product quite like this again for a long time.
