30m² 1 bedroom
In the cosy street with some of the most well known restaurants in Nice, tucked away behind the popular Rue Prefecture, this third floor apartment (no lift) has been renovated to a high standard. Real hardwood flooring, solid marble kitchen worktops, reversible air-conditioning, it has been built to be not only stylish but serve as your holiday home for years to come. At around 30sqm, it has a living / dining room with large open plan kitchen, good size bedroom with double bed and storage space, and bathroom with large shower. Both rooms have large windows that are sunny in the afternoon. If we have one criticism, it is that the couch does not face the TV. If you can live with that, then this is a good one to visit.
