Nice's exclusive residential area enjoys large gardens, swimming pools and modern buildings. The people of this area can be assured by its high security and overwhelming sense of safety. Fabron has the comfort of an unspoilt and green environment with major roads being only a stones throw away (motorway and dual carriageway), which means it caters for buyers in search of a quiet area but with no time to lose. This area, which sits on Nice's suburbs west of the city, is only 5 minutes to the beach and airport by car and 10 minutes to the city centre. This district, like Cimiez and Mont Boron, sits on Nice's surrounding hills which allows for impressive views of the Mediterranean coast.
This section is one of Nice's most modern areas. Only existing since the 70's, one may easily find tennis courts, balconies and tasteful finishings accompanying their luxurious and modern apartment or villa. Most residents of the Fabron hills are wealthy families, executives, businessmen or retired people who appreciate the unique environment, with views over the sea and mountains, and the close proximity to Nice centre and the airport.
This area is host to a wide range of sports and leisure activities, including swimming, tennis, squash, horseback riding and golf. One might enjoy the Musee International d'Art Naif Anatole-Jakovsky located in this district. The museum, named after the famous art critic, houses Jakovsky's personal collection. This collection consists of over 600 drawings and canvases from the Naive Art movement.
The people of this area pay for the luxury of safety and space. For a 2 bedroom apartment one would expect to pay upwards of €400,000. This district has a variety of interesting properties to offer, mainly owing to the geography. The view changes from one side of the street to the other and the difference can be tremendous as too may be the price.
